Several staff members who also got braces as adults took the time to share their own experiences with me, and hearing their stories made me feel so much more comfortable and confident in my decision. My overall experience has been wonderfully to say the least. Everyone in this practice is very nice and accommodating and always smiling.I have been taking my grandson with me to every appointment since he was two weeks old. He is now 2 years old. EVERYONE including Dr McMillan has cared for him during my adjustments and have treated him as if he is one of their own. He has yet to meet a person in that office he doesn't like and neither have I. He has been spoiled rotten. Everyone has went over and beyond in the treatment and care they have given him for the last two years. He and I are greatful and very appreciative for all they have done.It's a great environment to get orthodontists done. Believe me when I tell you that the atmosphere itself is very inviting. The pricing is reasonable with or without insurance.I have no complaints or regrets. I'm very sure that you want either if you choose this practice for your orthodontic needs.I'm Very happy to be a patient of this practice and overjoyed with the care given to my grandson and I. The staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed and the whole process was great from the 6 weeks visits to the time I got my braces off. I had to get braces a second time at the top because I lost my retainer and my space opened back up and it was another great experience.
