I am pleased with the care I am receiving and my current treatment plan.June 17th 2026My braces were removed today and I am quite pleased with the results. My overall experience has been wonderfully to say the least. Everyone in this practice is very nice and accommodating and always smiling.I have been taking my grandson with me to every appointment since he was two weeks old. He is now 2 years old. EVERYONE including Dr McMillan has cared for him during my adjustments and have treated him as if he is one of their own. He has yet to meet a person in that office he doesn't like and neither have I. He has been spoiled rotten. Everyone has went over and beyond in the treatment and care they have given him for the last two years. He and I are greatful and very appreciative for all they have done.It's a great environment to get orthodontists done. Believe me when I tell you that the atmosphere itself is very inviting. The pricing is reasonable with or without insurance.I have no complaints or regrets. "I have been going to McMillan Orthodontics since I was a kid and at the time had braces. After braces my smile has been beautiful and my teeth were perfectly aligned. Due to me not wearing my retainers as often as an adult my overbite came back and my teeth shifted slightly but not much. Because of this I’ve decided to get Invisalign with McMillan Orthodontics and so far the process is easy and amazing. McMillan Orthodontics staff are so sweet and friendly! "I got my first set of braces here when I was in college and it was the best experience I had as a first timer getting braces. The staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed and the whole process was great from the 6 weeks visits to the time I got my braces off. I had to get braces a second time at the top because I lost my retainer and my space opened back up and it was another great experience. Dr. McMillian and her staff was amazing with accommodating me every visit and communicating with me through text on my appointments. "McMillan Orthodontist, was one of the cleanest dentist experience in my life. I visited the office on September 13, 2022 to get my braces for the second time due to losing my retainer. Now, 9 more months to straighten my teeth...please wear your retainer. The new technology dentistry made my experience easy, painless, very clean, Covid safe with everyone wearing their mask and informative. My Dental Assistant, Maggie, was exceptional with care and attention toward my procedure. Maggie talked me through every stage of the procedure and even allowed me to do my Tiktok videos...note: you're not allowed to have other clients in your media's. Maggie spent 98% of my time with me taking care of all my needs for my procedure. Dr. McMillan came to my chair spent about 4 minutes and I never seen her again...but Maggie, she was right by my side informing me about the next step. Everyone that I encounter when I enter McMillan Orthodontist was friendly and professional from the receptionist, billing, radiologist and Dental Assistant please ask for Maggie. The staff was always friendly, wait time is not "that bad" considering the service you get ...they could have a larger wait room to accommodate their patients. It is an added bonus that Dr. McMillian happens to be incredibly gifted at her profession. She always seems to be going out of her way to do anything and everything she can for her patients and people in the community.My entire family has done braces through Dr. McMillian, including myself, my two brothers, and my little sister. My siblings went to Dr. McMillian as teenagers; I however entered her office as an adult patient looking for a few minor aesthetic changes in my smile. With my entire family Dr. McMillian went above and beyond to provide us with the best possible orthodontic care in a timely manner. Through our families relationship with Dr. McMillian it became overwhelmingly clear that her concern lied solely with the well being of us, her patients, rather than the money. It is clear her staff shares the same sentiment. No matter how many people were in the waiting room or how busy the office was, anyone and everyone on her staff was always happy to stop and help you out in any way possible. On a few occasions Dr. McMillian gave my family massive discounts and sometimes even provided services at no expense for the sake of ensuring that we got the best treatment possible, even if we couldn't afford it. We are all incredibly pleased with the treatment we got and the way our smile looked upon leaving Dr. McMillians office.Dr. McMillian and her staff were incredibly friendly and the office in general seemed very open and welcoming. Walking into Dr. McMillians office the first day all those years ago is one of the best things my mom could have done for me and my siblings!"
